Today I got a mail from my friend.

He asked me "u wanna go out tonite?"

I told him "OK and waiting for ur phone call."

Then he told me "can,t....."

I don't know what "can't" means.

It means he can'wait or he can't go out tonite or not of both?

'cause my English isn't good enough...

He've lived USA for a long time...
