I just thought of sharing a real life news that I heard
a very long time ago...
A man saved his own life from a heart attack
while he was driving (stuck in traffic)...
He was by himself, and had a heart attack in his car...
He couldn't get help by calling someone on his cellphone,
because he couldn't speak...
So he made himself cough very hard
in a regular rhythmic manner, like how a heart beats...
And he saved himself from a heart attack,
and also his own life by doing so...
I guess the coughing sort of acted as a CPR procedure for the man...
