I just wonder people learning english for what ?

because the world become more internationlized?

or just for own hobby ?

and how people who learn english ?

more pratctice ?  how practice ?

some people may not go to cram school to practice it,

 cause econamic is not allowed , so we dont have this enviroment to speak out

but we can practice our listening from tv . ex.hbo


more reading ?

i think it would strength ur speed to read  but ,is read really helpful ?


people in taiwan always study for exam , I am confused how to get better ?

and what meaning for that?
