[Talk] 45 secs

I am talking about the speaking part of TOEFL test.
You will have 15 secs to prepare your answer and
45 secs to present youir answers. This evil rule really hampers me a lot. I may
have a lot of opinion to share , or nothing but a merely "yes" or "no". All the
questions are a little bit serious. "Who is most influential for you?" I mean,
why do I have to talk about this!?? especially to a stranger...ok, it's
actually a computer but this is a bit personal, isn't it?

(sigh) I am still willing to answer it, but I probably would put a lie in my
answer, or I might have to sit there without any consicious for what's
happening.

Does anyone here ever took other tests beside TOEFL? like IELTS.
I wonder if other tests also have this time limitation.
I know GEPT go this way as well but their question are much easier.
