but this really stupid thing to do.
Reading dictionary?!
Come on!

Anyways,
I believe that back in the day people who read dictionary to improve their
english mainly due to lack of other learing sources.

Now, learning english is easier than ever.
I will strongly suggest you to english novels or news.
First, reading novels or news are much more fun than reading dictionary.
Second, the words that you learn in novels or news are more likey to use them
in everyday life.

Just go on internet and start reading.
