[Ask ] Need some help to hit on a girl

[Quickspace (林北project做不出來啦)]

hi guys, i'm in the library right now. and i see a girl who i saw
a couple of weeks ago, and i was so impressed by her and really wanted
to know her. and now she is just seated nearby, if i let the opportunity go
this time, i don't know when i will see her next time. my difficulty is that
i'm not good at english, and even i use the old fashioned way to leave a note
to her, i still don't know what to write on the paper. so i really need some
suggestion and help. btw, she is an asian, but i can't tell where she is from.
