the only thing i can tell you is that if you think working in a foreign bank
is some achievement for you, you got to be open-minded. networking is the most
important thing in a foreign bank, not some professional knowledge or even ur
english capability. but the way you think about taiwanese or other language
just makes you not be able to be good at neworking. and i must say sometimes
you have to speak taiwanese to maintain some important customer. btw, how can u
know in a foreign bank people there are all not old? as far as i know, they
are somewhat older due to those banks prefer experienced guys. btw, language
is just kind of a tool for communicating, nothing bad or good or even can make
someone upset, if this could make you upset everything could make you upset.
