標題[Talk] What am I doing?

I was an international sales executive in a technology company before.
When working, I kept thinking about my future and career plan.
Therefore, I step into a cram school to experience how to be a teacher
because I thought being an English teacher may bring some happiness and
achivement from educating students.
However, after I really become a teacher to teach junior high school students
I puzzled and am confused by my feelings towards teaching.
Actually those students don't care about their teacher for example respecting
or showing their appreciation towards teachers.
Maybe I was wrong about the idea of the teaching career.
In conclusion, I didn't find any motivation to continue the previous decision
on teaching. As a result, working for the cram school is just a job for me.
I have no enthusiasm about working as a cram school teacher.
Indeed I'm confused. What is a job for? What is the meaning of a career?
What kind of occupation is my favor? Which direction should I go to?
I thought teaching will make me happy but there is still some pity about this
job. As a teacher, the real life is lonely because students don't care about
you. You are the only one who pays your care and pay your efforts to
raise their grades. There is no company when teaching on the stage.
I'm so helpless and confused be my experience on teaching students.
Right now the above is a chaos because my thinking is messy.
Do you have any idea or suggestions about the above mentioned problems I met?
