There is a tendancy of correcting other's grammatical error in Asia.. I think it's a good thing... However, it also demonstrate the culture is to "Dig out other's mistakes, so the one who points the finger will gain advantage"... Like " I speak better English so I am more capable than you" No wonder we have so much disputes in politics in Asia..
