Can anyone please tell me where I could find those kind of socializing parties.
I arrived in Taipei not long ago, but could hardly make friends with people.
I guess theres too many swindlers out there that pople dont trust each other anymore
If I just go out on the street and start talking to peole, they may think i am a
stalker or something...
Is there any activity I could join? where people want to learn English, I could
help them to practice conversational skill by talking in English.
