you can say whatever you want,
free from physical consequences.
You can see this process of expressing yourself,
directly and even provocatively,on the internet
as a training of your mind.
See how people verbally respond to your thoughts.
Take what you need, ignore what you don't and learn from it.
The Internet can never do harm in a sense.
