How can I introduce myself to a foreign colleague?

I have much interest in the job and I believe I can do it well.

I take responsibility for what I do and I tend to finish my task in time.

I think I can be a good colleagues with you.

if you need any help, let me know, I would be sure to offer mine.



My idea is above, Is it any wrong grammer with the brief introduction?

Anybody teach me to improve my brief introduction please.
