Due to long time work, i am getting fatter and fatter now. Because of that, i make a decision to go on a diet. Some of my friends suggest that I should do more exercises to lose weight. But, to tell the truth, i have no time to do that. It will hurt my body if I don't eat anything, so I still eat but less. Usually, I have my breakfast with a sandwitch and a big cup's blacktea. From now on, water will be the replacement of blacktea. Lunch will as usual, and dinner will only have a fruit salad. Wish I can lose my weight a week later.
