Does anyone like to practice English speaking with me ?
I'm a 23-year-old guy who currently moved in Taipei.
Usually my free time would be around 18:30 to 23:00 every week.
We can talk via phone as long as you're using Chunghwa Telecom or talk
via skype is a good way as well.
