[Talk] How to get the success?

Currently I worked for a restaurant as a part-time employer
in order not to live without income.

However...................................

I don't understand why there are many customers who may come to
our booth and refer to many unresonable needs?

The most important of all is that all the colleagues are awared of
this notice and they all feel the weird sense.

I'm a little curious if I am standing outside of group,
how can I get the success?

I mean if I am different, I am not inside and I am thoroughly out of
the game.

Furthermore, I am really eager to receive high pay and sustain the
social status which I am embarrased to mention?
