[問題] Venere訂房

暑假要去歐洲，訂了米蘭的飯店一晚，
之前也曾使用過VENERE訂巴黎的飯店，
成功的訂了後來取消也成功，
訂了米蘭的，因為是那時看得最便宜的，
所以就訂了，後來發現他距離米蘭市區超遠想取消，
不過去的我的預定，卻一直找不到取消的按鈕，
結果發現我訂的卻好像是NON Refundable，
該怎麼辦呢?這樣還可以取消嗎?

這裡她寫了日期是7/14，所以我還可以要求她取消嗎?
Standard: In case of no show or late cancellation, the first night will be
charged. Prepaid and Not Refundable: Deposit: The total price of the
reservation will be charged on the day of thebooking and is not refundable.
Cancellation: If cancelled or modified, the total price of the reservation
will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will
be charged. Please specify if you need the invoice.

→ gogoranivo:用EMAIL甚至SKYPE打電話直接跟飯店訂房 比較便宜
