[-AI-] 使鍵盤/滑鼠 無效,停用,disable

發現這UDF還蠻好用的

只要四、五行程式碼

就可以讓整個 滑鼠與鍵盤 都無法動

感覺很像當機的假像 XD  （水能載舟也能......）
