Patch for sys/modules/xenhvm/Makefile to build without KERNBUILDDIR

This PR is similar to closed 180918 but not the same.

As in the 180918, "make MODULES_WITH_WORLD=yes buildworld" is broken in recent
9.2-STABLE. A patch attached.
