University of Ottawa - FreeBSD Routers?

Good Afternoon,

I was having a conversation with my team leader this afternoon and I am 
convinced that I read somewhere that U of O are using FreeBSD to do 
their core routing.

Can anyone confirm this and provide a little more information about what 
they are doing? What sort of limits they may have hit? Just a 
confirmation would be good too :).
