  Log:
  - add explicit dependency on x11/xset,
    it would fix runtime for x11/xorg-minimal users [1]
  - move LICENSE into proper block
  - strict python versions (python3 isn't yet supported)
  - silence REINPLACE_CMD call
  - bump PORTREVISION because of dependencies change
