Suggested addition to handbook page on SMTP auth

Hi,

I was following: 
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/smtp-auth.html

I know it's lame, but somewhere in that page you might want to mention to
start /usr/local/etc/rc.d/saslauthd1.sh.  I know it's alluded to do so, but
it just makes the documentation more complete.
