ccd Config Typo

Hi again,

In the ccd Section of Raid:
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/raid.html

ccdconfig ccd0(1) 32(2) 0(3) /dev/ad1e(4) /dev/ad2e /dev/ad3e

does not create ccd0c so issuing:

newfs /dev/ccd0c

will NOT work, /dev/ccd0 is the only device that has been created (FreeBSD 6.0-STABLE)
