broken links on the handbook history page

On:
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/history.html

The links at the bottom of the page for the handbook and FAQ actually  
link like so:
file://localhost/usr/share/doc/handbook/index.html
file://localhost/usr/share/doc/faq/index.html
