The man page for ftpusers(5)/ftpchroot(5) seems to indicate otherwise and suggests configuration format and options for ftpusers. If a user's name is in /etc/ftpusers they cannot login via ftp. The man page for ftpusers(5)/ftpchroot(5) as distributed in /usr/share/man/man5/ftpusers.5.gz seems to be incorrect for the the version of ftpd installed with the base system. The correct file seems to be /usr/src/libexec/ftpd/ftpchroot.5. >How-To-Repeat: Follow direction in ftpusers(5) >Fix: >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted: _______________________________________________ freebsd-doc@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-doc To unsubscribe, send any mail to "freebsd-doc-unsubscribe@freebsd.org"
