Book version of the FreeBSD Handbook

Hello,
Wouldn't it be nice if the current version of the FreeBSD Handbook was
always available in book format?

We could use something like http://www.lulu.com/ to do this.

Does the license for the Handbook prevent anyone-who-likes doing this,
and charging for it?
