[CALL FOR REVIEW] Linux-emulation article

Hi Folks,

finally, I could finish the markup of the article, which has been 
written by Roman (rdivacky) during his Summer of Code project. I did my 
best, but it might be possible that
- the article still contains grammatical errors. Nor Roman nor I aren't 
native speakers.
- the article contains markup errors, because I don't have a deep 
knowledge in this area, thus I might not have marked up everything well.
