iam tried remove /etc/rc.conf - situation is don`t changed for 
shell-script none.sh

# ls -l /usr/local/etc/rc.d/
total 6
-r-xr-xr-x  1 root  wheel   737 Feb  1 08:25 apache
-r-xr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  1659 Feb  1 08:23 mysql-server
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel    31 Feb  1 11:17 none.sh

# ls -l etc/rc.local
ls: etc/rc.local: No such file or directory
