I tested it on 8-STABLE, and it does not build either (with gcc>45).
The port maintainer add a strange section to post-patch:

	@${REINPLACE_CMD} -e 's,const struct dirent,struct dirent,' \
		${WRKSRC}/src/fileslist.*

Remove it, and it will works.
