Intel em, SFPs and DDM ?

Hi!

Does anyone know how to read SFP DDM values using Intel em cards ?

SFP means Small Form Factor Pluggable fiber transceivers.

DDM is Digital Diagnostics Monitoring

There seems to be a way to read it using i2c(8) ?

Any pointers ?
