Sorry about that; it's looking in /usr/share/vt/{fonts,keymaps}.
Aleksandr MFC'd a bunch of vt(4) changes, but missed my commit to
connect the share/vt directory to the build (r267124).

I'll MFC it shortly, but for now you can create the directory and copy
the map in.
