Jun 2 Cabrera was helped off the field with an apparent shoulder injury in
the top of the first inning of Tuesday's game against the Twins.

Recommendation: It didn't look good at all for Cabrera, who could be out for
an extended period of time if there's a tear or dislocation discovered by
further medical examination. We'll have more regarding the extent of the
damage as soon as the Indians release more info.
