Cabrera left Thursday's game against the Red Sox with a left hamstring injury.

Recommendation: Jeff Larish replaced Cabrera at first base. According to the
Associated Press, Cabrera didn't feel the injury was very serious. “We’ll
see how I feel, but it isn’t too bad,” he said. “I’m hoping to play
tomorrow.”
