  Philadelphia Phillies: The early word is that Brad Lidge, who is supposedly
  recovering well from offseason elbow and knee surgery, might be ready for
  the start of the season. We're all probably skeptical of a fellow who had a
  7.21 ERA and 1.807 WHIP last season, but let's remember Lidge missed the
  start of 2008 and had an awesome season. Lidge joins my top-25, and Ryan
  Madson just makes my top-35.
