本聯盟希望徵到的是「幾乎每天都會登入」的玩家，所以有以下的規定:

1. 超過14天沒有登入排陣容的半死魚，罰waiver順位到第12，
   原本waiver順位在半死魚後面的人則依序向前遞補。

2. 超過30天沒有登入排陣容的全死魚，則鎖球隊，
   直到在聯盟公告區留言或寄信給聯盟長申請復權。

3. 被鎖球隊一直到第22週結束都沒有申請復權者，將被稱為終極死魚，
   若終極死魚沒有進入季後賽，則進入季後賽之球隊，
   可在留言板向終極死魚提出1換1之交易(依waiver順位決定交易優先權)，
   但欲交易之球員必須是在本聯盟季前選秀第61順位以下之球員。
   PS. 本項措施如有可能實施，聯盟長將在22週開始時公告。
       若終極死魚有進季後賽，則繼續鎖球隊到結束，不得交易。
  (當然，希望這項措施在本季不會用到，大家都是活跳跳的魚!!)

→ KennyKuo:原本add/drop/trade成交後，都是在隔天的roster才會變，
→ KennyKuo:daily-today就是今天add人，今天roster裡就會有。
If you choose to configure your league to allow transactions to take effect
on the day they are made, you will be able to add free agents to your roster
for the current day so long as all transactions are completed no later than
five minutes before the start of each player's game. None of the players
involved in a move can have played or be within five minutes of their game's
start time, or the transaction will not be allowed. So, for example,
transactions for all players who play at 4:30 pm PT must be completed
by 4:25 pm PT.
