Gordon Beckham was diagnosed with a bruised right hand after X-rays came back
negative.
Just about the best news you can ask for. Interestingly enough, Beckham was
replaced in the lineup by Brent Lillibridge, who just hit a go-ahead solo
homer off Chris Perez in the 11th inning. Beckham may miss a couple games
here, but it could have been a lot worse.
