Johan Santana (shoulder) will make his first minor league rehab start
Thursday with High-A St. Lucie.The Mets said Monday that Santana would pitch
in another simulated game this week, but they have apparently changed their
minds. The rehabbing left-hander is expected to throw 45 pitches in his first
start. The Mets have little incentive to rush things, but he could be back in
