Cruz (quad) likely out through the weekend
Rangers manager Ron Washington said that Nelson Cruz passed all tests with
his quad, but might not play on the turf this weekend in Toronto.
Cruz left Friday's game in the fifth inning with left quadriceps tightness.
The good news is that it doesn't sound like he will need a stint on the
disabled list, but it would be wise for fantasy owners to have a backup plan
this weekend.
