Trayvon Robinson will start in left field and bat ninth in his major-league
debut against the Angels on Friday.
Jered Weaver will be taking the hill for the Halos, so Robinson could be in
line for a debut to forget. Bafflingly never called up by the Dodgers this
summer before being traded, Robinson posted a .289/.374/.552 triple slash to go
along with 26 home runs in 428 Triple-A plate appearances. He did strike out
126 times, however, and it would be far from surprising if he struggles during
