Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times passed along word that Longoria has a hamstring issue which could keep him out 6-8 weeks, but that report may have jumped the gun, as Friedman said that no tests have been done yet. In fact, Friedman doesn't intend to place him on the disabled list unless it looks like he'll miss more than 10 days of action.
