Texas views Scott Feldman as the best in-house candidate to serve as the
fifth starter during Neftali Feliz's absence, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram
reports.
Recommendation: There was some initial thought that Ogando would shift back
to the rotation when Feliz got injured but those plans are apparently on the
back burner at the moment.
