Danny Knobler of CBSSports.com reports that the Dodgers have scouted the Red
Sox' Kevin Youkilis.

Knobler's colleague, Jon Heyman, takes it one step further, saying that
they're "stepping up" their scouting efforts of Youkilis. Knobler reported
earlier Friday that the Sox have told teams that they "definitely intend to
trade" the third baseman, and it appears that he's on the Dodgers' wish list.
It's an obvious fit, as LA has been using a less than thrilling combination
Juan Uribe, Jerry Hairston and Adam Kennedy at the hot corner. The Phillies,
Indians, Diamondbacks and Reds could also go after Youkils.
