1. DL為一位調成兩位，讓大家可以調度寬鬆點
2. 今年有增加 Extra Base Hits (XBH)跟 QS
3. Time Reject Time 跟 Waiver Time 均為 1 day
4. Max Innings Pitched: 1400
#. 目前有考慮把Waiver Type改成 標價制度的，等之後再徵詢盟友意見
