Red Sox placed RHP Clay Buchholz on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to
June 9, with a strained neck.
Advice: Buchholz was able to throw a bullpen session on Tuesday, but
evidently he's still not feeling well enough to make his start on Saturday.
It's not clear at this point how long he'll be out. The Red Sox are expected
to call up Allen Webster to start over the weekend.
