Matt Kemp was removed from Friday's game against the Giants in the third
inning after aggravating his shoulder injury.
Kemp immediately grasped his bad shoulder after a swing in the second
inning, and had the training staff come out to check on him. While he
finished the at-bat and ran the bases for himself, he was removed for
a pinch-hitter his next time up. The team should release an update on
his status shortly.
