Argentinean forward, Javier Saviola, has decided to stay on at Barca:
"The decision is mine and is a sporting decision. I give my thanks to
Txiki as he has helped me"
阿根廷前鋒Saviola決定要留在巴薩。「這是我的決定，而且是出自於競技上的
考量。我要感謝幫助我的Txiki。」
Tonight (Thursday) at midnight the transfer window closes. Saviola,
however, has taken the decision over his future: "I have taken into
consideration many offers, gone over the pros and cons, but the
decision is mine and I have decided to stay at the club and with
great players." The Argentine assured that "I have had many very
important offers that would have given me more money than here, but
the sporting aspect has been decisive in my decision to stay."
禮拜四的午夜轉會市場正式關閉。Saviola已經對他的未來做出決定。「我考慮
過許多的邀請， 考慮過那些好處和壞處，但是這是我做的決定。我決定要留在
俱樂部，和那些偉大的球員們一起。」阿根廷人表示 「有些重要的邀請承諾給
我比這裡更多的薪水，但是根據競技上的考量我決定留下。」

Saviola has been searching for alternatives nearly all summer but
none have been able to completely satisfy him. In any case, Saviola
has expressed his gratitude to the sporting director Txiki
Begiristain who "has been very helpful to me. He has looked for many
solutions and I have had the opportunity to be part of many clubs,
for which I thank them for their interest in me, but I have decided
to stay at Barca".
Saviola幾乎整個夏天都在尋求轉會，但是沒有球隊能令他滿意。 Saviola表示

Aware of the difficulties that lie ahead

Saviola has recognised that he has taken a risky decision: "I know
I'm not first choice, but I like a challenge. I will fight for my
place and we will see if I'm capable of breaking through". Despite
the problems that may lie ahead for Saviola, he is convinced that:
"If I work hard I will have possibilities to play". He denies being a
problem for the coach: "One of the many reasons for staying is due to
the kindness shown to me by the people here, the coach is
experimental and he wants to win many things. I don't believe the
pressure from the fans can cause him to make a decision"
Saviola瞭解他做了個高風險的決定。「我知道我不是第一選擇，但是我喜歡挑
戰。我會為我的位置奮鬥並且看看能不能有所突破。」儘管Saviola還要面對一
些問題，他確信「如果我很努力，我將會獲得上場的可能性。」 他並不認為他
是教練的一個問題： 「讓我留下的其中一個原因就是這裡的人對我非常好。教
練很有經驗並且想要贏得很多。我不相信來自球迷的壓力會迫使他做出決定。」
Door open until December
在十二月之前不會打開大門
Saviola has decided not to leave Camp Nou, however if his situation
doesnt improve by December, he hasn't ruled out leaving then. "If I
don't have any possibilities to play, I have all of December to look
for another club".
Saviola雖然決定不離開Camp Nou，但是如果到十二月為止他的情況都沒有改善
，他也不排除在十二月離開的可能。「 如果我完全沒有上場的機會，我會在十
二月找尋其他的球隊。」
