[注意]有關北企盃以及2009新規則

北企盃球員名單更動的截止日期是1/10(星期六)
所以負責的學長或經理這幾天可以趕快跟薄唇要相關的資料證件

另外北企盃官網有提到是否採用2009年排球新規則
他們和裁判討論後一月公佈
詳細賽程也是一月底會公佈

以下是新規則(2009~2012)我覺得比較重大的改變

1.新增第11.2.2.2條 越中線規則放寬：
只要不影響對手比賽
允許雙腳以上身體的任何部位碰觸到對方場地

所以說只要腳的一部分還留在中線(以內)
你想躺在對方的場地也OK  (不影響對手比賽的話)

規則原文：
to touch the opponent's court with any part of the body above the feet is
permitted provided that it does not interfere with the opponent's play.


2.新增第11.4.4條 觸網規則放寬：
觸網碰到白帶才會失分
白帶以下網子部分碰到都不算犯規了
但是不能故意撐球網去擊球
也不能影響對手比賽(例如觸網還撞飛對手的話就不行)

原文：
A player interferes with the opponent’s play by (amongst others):
- touching the top band of the net or the top 80 cm of the antenna during
his/her
action of playing the ball, or
- taking support from the net simultaneously with playing the ball, or
- creating an advantage over the opponent, or
- making actions which hinder an opponent’s legitimate attempt to play the
ball

(新規則2009年1月1號開始實施)
