RESTORATION OF THE LAWFUL RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA
IN THE UNITED NATIONS
The General Assembly
Recalling the principles of the Charter of the United
Nations,Considering that the restoration of the lawful rights of the People's
Republic of China is essential both for the protection of the Charter of the
United Nations and for the cause that the United Nations must serve under
the Charter,
Recognizing that the representatives of the Government of the
People's Republic of China are the only lawful representatives of China to
the United Nations and that the People's Republic of China is one of the five
permanent members of the Security Council,
Decides to restore all its rights to the People's Republic of China and
to recognize the representatives of its Government as the only legitimate
representatives of China to the United Nations, and to expel forthwith the
representatives of Chiang Kai-shek from the place which they unlawfully
occupy at the United Nations and in all the organizations related to it.

回溯聯合國憲章的原則。
考慮到恢復中華人民共和國在聯合國的合法權利，對於維護聯合國憲章和聯合國組織根據憲章所必須從事的事業，不可或缺。
承認中華人民共和國政府的代表是中國在聯合國組織的唯一合法代表，中華人民共和國是安全理事會五個常任理事國之一。
決定恢復中華人民共和國的一切權利，承認她的代表為中國在聯合國組織的唯一合法代表。立即趕出蔣介石在聯合國組織及
其所屬機構內的代表，因所有席位皆非法佔有。

中華民國 Republic of China (R.O.C)
中華人民共和國 People's Republic of China.(P.R.C)
1971年10月25日聯合國2758號決議文，把「中華民國」留在聯合國，所以「中華民國」是被「中華人民共和國」取代了！而不是中華民國被趕出聯合國。被驅逐的是，蔣介石在聯合國組織及其所屬機構內的代表。
如今任何使用「中華民國」（Republic of China）試圖加入聯合國都是枉然，重返〞更是可笑！）就算使用「中華民國，台灣」（Republic of China，Taiwan）也行不通，不但行不通，台灣簡直成了「中華民國」的一省，台灣人民不得不慎！

聯合國憲章
第二十三條 一、安全理事會以聯合國十五會員國組織之。中華民國、法
蘭西、蘇維埃社會主義共和國聯邦、大不列顛及北愛爾
蘭聯合王國及美利堅合眾國應為安全理事會常任理事國
。大會應選舉聯合國其他十會員國為安全理事會非常任
理事國，選舉時首宜充分斟酌聯合國各會員國於維持國
際和平與安全及本組織其餘各宗旨上之貢獻。並宜充分
斟酌地域上之公勻分配。
U.N.Charter Article 23
The Security Council shall consist of fifteen Members of the United Nations. ""The Republic of China"", France, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America shall be permanent members of the Security Council. The General Assembly shall elect ten other Members of the United Nations to be non-permanent members of the Security Council, due regard being specially paid, in the first instance to the contribution of Members
of the United Nations to the maintenance of international peace and security and to the other purposes of the Organization, and also to equitable geographical distribution.
