隨機應變去借電腦、音響器材
今天的電影Boiler Room還不錯
但是結局和小華說的一樣很草率
片中還有Rough Trader在電視上
出現一小段感覺還蠻妙的
片中很多不雅的字眼
Joe似乎不太喜歡...
他說的ZZZZ best是我在漫步華爾街這本書看到的
書名：A Random Walk Down Wall Street~
The Time-Tested Strategy For Successful Investing

～★故事開始★～
1.開始：
此公司是80年代的暴起暴落的公司
主角是Barry Minkow～米克
是未成年致富的傳奇人物
他的故事從9歲開始
他跟他媽媽去地毯清潔公司工作
學會了用電話招攬生意
他10歲開始清理地毯
往後4年利用夜晚和暑假
存下了6000美金買蒸氣機
在車庫開始自己的清潔事業
2.如日中天的清潔地毯公司：
Barry Minkow worked very hard, and the business of the carpet cleaning
became more prosperous every day. 清潔地毯生意好
He even employed his parents, and he was proud of it. 父母為員工
When he was in his eighteen, he became a millionaire. 18歲百萬富翁
He praised the virtue of diligence, and he wrote a book
“Making It in America." 這本書叫在美國成功
He mentioned that young people in the United States are not industrious
enough. 書中表示美國的少年不夠努力工作
He not only donated to the charity generously 他慷慨捐助給慈善機構
but also advertised for anti-narcotics activities.他出現在反毒廣告
His slogan was,” My act is clean, how’s yours?”

In the meanwhile, there were 1300 employees in ZZZZ best. 有1300員工的公司
The subsidiaries of ZZZZ best extended all over California.總公司加州
Besides, there were some branches in Arizona and Nevada.分公司亞利桑那.內華達
Barry Minkow loved to tell his workers,” My way or highway.” 不聽話炒魷魚
He had ever boasted that he would fire his mother
if she didn’t stick to established practice. 如果媽媽不按規定做事會被開除
Most of the investors were fascinated by ZZZZ best,
and some of the analysts also believed the prospect of the company.
華爾街分析師非常看好這家公司的潛力！
3.由天堂到地獄：
In 1987, the bubble of ZZZZ best exploded.1987年被揭穿
It was found that ZZZZ best not only clean the carpet
but also helped the bandits to exchange their illicit money. 替匪徒洗髒錢
The criminal gang bought the equipment for ZZZZ best,
and retrieved their money by cleaning carpet legally.
他為犯罪組織掩護，讓犯罪組織用髒錢替公司買設備
以讓犯罪組織合法換回洗地毯的乾淨錢
驚人的成長，其實是利用假合約、假信用卡帳單故事等捏造出來
整體公司的運作是以債養債
米克被控訴將數百萬元公款挪為私用
1989年23歲的米克被控訴57項罪名
判刑25年，並被要求償還2600萬美金
法官說：「你是危險人物，因為你口齒伶俐，又善溝通，但缺乏良心。」
米克在倫波克聯邦監獄待了54個月
在獄中他以通訊就學方式
取得Liberty University學士和碩士學位
4.後續：
1994年12月獲釋出獄
成為加州的牧師
他還擁有媒體事業，講述他如何舞弊
寫了兩本書
Clean Sweep和 From A to Z best
主持廣播節目
2002年7月發生Enron 和WorldCom
FBI隨即雇用他為特別顧問
負責揭發非法舞弊

我覺得這個故事如果拍成電影
感覺還不錯
聰明的從小就是聰明...

不過蠻意外的是他們好像聽不太懂英文
需要他兒子翻譯成為西班牙文
也許我發音不標準 真是失敗
