你需要兩個東西.....不是鍵盤和滑鼠 = =
一個是BIG5字型編碼.....另一個是中文輸入法...要去下載...
台灣電腦的OS會自動審核需要用UNICODE或是BIG5..
我不知道你那台的OS是什麼....但是如果是windowsXP應該是沒問題...
