Put cheap vegetables and meat you have into one pot,
put some water,
and boil them.
Then you can eat protine, Vit., fiber, oil and H20.
If put potatoes, then you will get enough carbohydrate.
It's good to lose your weight,
but don't lose your brain cells, muscles,... etc.
